Depends on the brand and the product. We stock key lines locally that can go out in days. Most standard orders run 2 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. If your timeline is tight, say so up front and we’ll work from fast ship and in stock options. Either way you get a real date, not a guess.
Yes, free, and you’re not obligated to buy anything. We measure the space, or work from your floor plans, then build a 2D layout and a 3D rendering with the actual furniture we’re recommending in it. Design firms usually charge $500 to $2,000 for this. We’d rather you see the plan before you commit.

Yes. We’ll look at what you have, make an offer if it’s sellable, and clear out the rest. On bigger liquidations we can write an appraisal for insurance or accounting. It matters most when you’re moving and need the old furniture gone before the new load shows up.
